The Definition of Is

This year was dominated by Bill Clinton and the celebrity-level fame of Monica Lewinsky.

Bill Clinton and Al Gore are walking down the beach. Bill finds a magic lamp, rubs it, and a genie pops out. The genie says, “I will grant you one wish.”
Bill says, “I want peace in the Middle East. Look at this map, make all these countries stop fighting.”
The genie looks at the map and says, “That’s too hard! Pick something else.”
Bill says, “Okay, make people believe my explanation about Monica.”
The genie sighs and says, “Let me see that map again.”
